We're located near Via Verde Plaza, which houses Vons, Century 21 Citrus Realty and more businesses. Via Verde Park is just a block away. Opened in 2021, we're pleased to provide support for seniors with memory loss in San Dimas, West Covina, Glendora, and the surrounding area. <br>Our community was purposefully built to provide safe, compassionate, respectful Memory Care. Our warm, inviting, homelike environment fosters interaction among residents and staff and includes a secure outdoor space, a circular indoor walking path, ample natural lighting, a large, open-concept great room, and a group activity room. The Terraces also features integrated nurse call/delayed egress door systems. We offer four room types to accommodate different needs and budgets.<br>Our professionally trained, experienced team offers round-the-clock care, with a high staff-to-resident ratio. Here families have the peace of mind of knowing their loved ones are in a place where they can truly thrive and always be cherished and cared for. <br>Our LifeCycles™ Wellness Program helps residents make the most of every day through a thoughtfully planned calendar of life enrichment activities that nurture all four dimensions of senior wellness: physical, social, spiritual and intellectual.<br>We can implement a comprehensive care plan that ensures the best health of your loved one. Packages include such services as medication management, bathing, dressing assistance, and more. Our Director of Nursing will make an assessment based on specific needs and preferences.
